After several months in dealing with the “initial” funding as stated in Carmen De Souza’s letters, funding still has not taken place as committed and promised. Further, MX Properties, Inc has been the recent target of libelous emails from an individual whom it does not recognize. MX is not at liberty to release the identity of this “gentleman” because his name was not disclosed in either of Carmen De Souza’s inducement letters.
